Confidently, the Nation Newspaper plagiarize our report - https://mobile.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1014443618738376&id=100005182412821&refid=12&ref=notif¬if_t=appeal_content_block_message_create&__tn__=%2As by Michael Isiaka and Tosin Ayekodogba on Sunday, 22nd of July, 2018, corncerning the incident, and proceeded to falsely pronounced Deborah to be the late Seun's girlfriend and noted the deceased to be responsible for her pregnancy which is not included in RUGIPO Press Council's report.
The medium went to the extreme of attributing the misinformation to an account of the same eye witness, Comr Samuel Dada, who interacted only with our Journalist in an exclusive telephone interview over the incident in our previous report.
Moreover, it was also stated via the medium that Samuel falsely solicited another money for Seun's second surgery without any critical evidence to prove their interaction with him.
Yet, Samuel Dada was attributed to the sham which is legally considered as an act of libel and plagiarism which apparantly attracts a tremendous penalty under the law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and as against the Nigeria Union of Journalist (NUJ) code.
The misinformation has gone along way to tarnish the reputation of the late Seun Ogunmola, Comr. Dada Samuel, Deborah and our noble Council.
